Ergonomics

Ergonomics is a state-of-the-art management tool for arriving at a good fit between your employees and the work they do. CDMS will provide feedback to the Client which will provide a means of modifying work activities and equipment to maximize efficiency and reducing injuries.

CDMS will conduct an ergonomic evaluation of each employee identified by the Client. It is understood that the employees being evaluated work in a general office environment, and that they have authorized the observation of their work activities.
