Spill Prevention Controls & Countermeasures Plans

Facilities that have an above ground storage tank(s) storing oil based products, storing an aggregate over 1,320 gallons on site or having buried storage capacity of more than 42,00 gallons,  must prepare a Sill Prevention Control and Counter Measure Plan (SPCC).

It is required by the local CUPA or administrating agency and must be kept on site.  The Plan must be reviewed and updated at least every 5 years.

CDMS can assist companies comply with this regulation and will provide certification of the Plan by a Professional Engineer (PE).
