CDMS prepares the Notification of Intent (NOI), the Pollution Prevention Plan, Monitoring Program, and the Annual Stormwater Report required to comply with this permit.
CDMS provides stormwater sampling kits to make stormwater sampling easier. Kits are provided to clients before the rainy season starts; including labeled appropriate type and number of sampling media, instructions, chain of custody, etc. The kits are sent in for laboratory analysis to be conducted on the samples. CDMS provides analysis reports for use in the Annual Stormwater Report.
CDMS also prepares Annual Stormwater Reports, Stormwater Termination documentation, and evaluates and prepares applications for companies to qualify for Sampling Reduction.
