DOT HM-126f Training

Chemical Data Management Systems offers a training course in the Safe Transportation of Hazardous Materials to assist you in meeting this requirement and thereby, complying with the Hazardous Materials Regulations of the United States Department of Transportation.

Training is required by any company that is involved in:

  • Transporting hazardous materials in commerce;
  • Causing hazardous materials to be transported or shipped in commerce; or
  • Representing, marking, certifying, selling, offering, reconditioning, testing, repairing, or modifying containers, drums, or packaging as qualified for use in the transportation of hazardous materials.

Note that this includes those who offer to ship, as well as those who actually physically transport the waste. Facilities that have waste hauled from their site by an outside waste hauler are required to train employees in the HM126f training.

CDMS offers several courses each year in the Dublin and Long Beach area or can conduct the training at your facility.

To register for a scheduled class, please complete the registration form and send it in with the full payment.   For more information regarding on site training and associated costs, call one of our offices.   The next scheduled class dates and times are listed below.
